Finding Out about SB releases?

Hey guys!

I am fairly new to collecting Steelbooks, and I was wondering how in the world do people find out when and where Steelbooks will be released with a new game? Whether it be as a pre-order bonus or a CE addition, I never know when, where or how to find out if a Steelbook will be released with a new game.

Any help?
