Sadly Amazon jp does not ship international. If you want to buy from them you have to use an external source. Amazon Japan will only ship cds, books, and movies directly international only. This is an example of a website that does let you buy stuff from Amazon Japan http://shoppingmalljapan.com/. If not you can try Yahoo auctions Japan but sadly you will need an external source as well and i know plenty of them as well.

Don't bother waiting for Amazon UK. Bandai have said on twitter that the CE isn't being released in the UK.

The cheapest place I've seen it for so far is Amazon Spain for €80 which is €10 cheaper than Amazon France, same shipping restrictions though.

Not really, most European Amazons will ship within Europe for practically everything. And I can order probably about 75% of the stuff from Amazon US with no trouble. It's only really Amazon JP that won't ship international tbh and European Amazons to US customers (sometimes) xx

Thanks for the info! It's strange both Amazon.fr and .es charge me 10€ for shipping usually they charge nothing to 2 Euro for preorders and items this expensive.

As far as I'm aware, Namco Bandai haven't announced this themselves - At least, not here in the UK. Would be nice to have some more details about this release so I can do the appropriate promotion

NamcoBandai games have announced this on their website, just not in English. The article is available in the other language versions of the site as it is not being released in the UK.
