ebay has the controller set for sale..but prices are all over the place..some people are really gouging..maybe double to triple of retail price..but there are a couple on ebay that are "fairly priced" meaning maybe US $30 to $40 over original price...it is a hot item..looks sharp.you can also check in with playasia.com they have it out of stock..but with special request they can source one for you from japan...i just ordered one from a private seller :D

I thought the Milla figure from the US ToX CE came in a numbered card board box while the EU version wasn't numbered :scratch: seems like an issue to me.

The Euro CE got the game, in a triple disk case containing the soundtrack CDs too, the little novel type thing in paperback, and the figures. It was a nice set still, but we got had compared to the US again.

Bah, unlucky. :S It seems in the UK they take the Customs Declaration as gospel so long as it's not unbelievably down valued. 20% tax here on goods and shipping too though. However, it seems that sometimes they don't bother to tax the shipping cost which is good. :secret: Lazy customs people. :haha:

It's hard being a collector in Australia. Have to collect for all region and high shipping fee to Australia. Good thing is we don't have to pay import tax for anything below $1000.

Oh gamestop yes but game uk doesnt. They don't do international over 1KG and most of the good stuff are always over 1KG lol. But Gamestop shipping is steep. $30 minimum even if I buy a piece of paper.

Xillia 2, like Xillia, will be English audio. But as you can tell with Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, we hear the demand for Japanese audio! And we hope to make it a standard in the future.

Tales of Graces, Xillia and Symphonia saves should give some bonus in Xillia 2 as I recall

It's not a bad way to do it. I, in 99% of circumstances, prefer to have the whole CE if a steel comes from one. I'll have to see. Amazon UK is being stupid and not having it up for US shipping. So that doesn't help.

I personally think it would be easier to get the 2 Euro Editions and then pick up the silly little phone dangler thing from ebay.com. That's ofcourse assuming that namco don't pull the same crap they did last time where they numbered the CEs and made a much more limited quantity of the NTSC CE. >.<

Well considering all my copies have been NTSC getting an Euro copy would look weird next to the other copies. only reason why i'm doing it that way :X

That's fair enough. :D My ToX1 CE was a Euro one, so makes sense for me to get Euro ToX2 CE and D1 Ed and get the extra items later on. It's nice to see that Eurozone never got fucked over this time. However, it is still really annoying that they Namco have such minor regional differences in their CEs. >.<

I can still see there being silly differences between the items that are included in both CEs again though, such as the artbook being hardcover in one and soft in the other. Also, I can imagine the US CE will get the soundtrack in a Jewel case again.

We'll see. XD

I don't know which CE I want more. I am kinda leaning towards the Euro one as the metalpak will go nicely with the ToX Teepo metalpak. Plus I don't really want to pay the import costs on the US one! >.<

is it confirmed that the PAL version will be metalpak?..because they just updated this photo with the steelbook inside the US version, and the PAL picture shows the word "metalbox" which appears to me as a placeholder, filler statement, since they did not say metalpak or futurepak..lol.i dunno maybe the PAL day one edition ends up being the US steelbook?

After watching the US unboxing, I noticed that the US gets a proper gamecase as well as the steelbook... It's really annoying with these silly regional exclusive CEs. -_- Especially when they're such minor differences. Would like the Rollo plush too, so will have to see about grabbing one of those. lol

Got my EU CE today. :D I'm very happy with it. ^o^ Happy with the contents and the CE as a whole. It's much better than the ToX1 CE that we got. :D Only gripe is lack of a proper game case and the fact that we never got the Rollo plush. :( The metalpak is nice too. ^o^ Goes well with the ToX1 Metalpak. :thumb:
