I actually thing the MGS4 ps3 was better this is almost no different from a normal super slim ps3 just spliced 2 color together added the JApanese logo for the game on the right and left side and then it says metal gear rising.

Yep the new PS3 super slim is really a terrible art medium.

I mean with the corrugated/raised plates in the middle, they can only add like an inch of art on either side :facepalm:

I don't like it just for the reason that this is the ugliest playstation model that I have ever seen. It's so cheap looking and that disk tray will break within months. If they would have put this color scheme in the fat ps3 or even the slim than it will look pretty good.

I don't find this attractive and I don't much class in it either. It doesn't help that the console design is low grade imo.
Such a design has succumb to publishers submitting little creativity with their so-called "Limited/Special Edition Console".

The original PS3 consoles were easy to throw decals onto it due to a plethora of room to do so. The original Slims got more creative with debossed designs and multiple paint colors.

The 3rd gen design is quite limited for bigger designs, though it's not impossible to actually be more creative on what it has to offer....so far none of the LE PS3 consoles show much of it.

why is this soo polarizing?.lol.i actually like it very much..if i could afford it..i would gladly purchase it..i think it looks great!..lol..maybe next year i will try to save up for it.
