I also saw a mask that's not part of the kit; but which I think is pretty rare. It's a paper mache mask that was given to one lucky fan at a PAX Prime/Bathesda after party. I tried to buy it, but the guy wanted $600 or $700, which was way too much in my opinion. If memory serves, they actually gave away 2 masks at that party; each mask being totally different in design. I'll assume you know (or own) the standard plastic dishonored mask that was given to gamestop stores I believe here to promote the game
Same mask was given out to press in europe I think as that's the one ingmar has
Then there's the paper mache mask you mentioned which appears to be a one of one mask. Sounds a little lame though. Paper mache don't last
I also believe that a few press either in the US or Europe got a higher quality mask than the standard plastic one given out to the gamestop stores
Probably a resin mask or something of the like
So I think there are 3 dishonored masks to the best of my knowledge
