i ordered some angry bird star wars stuff, did not turn up, amazon us were dragging it out, so paid for a second batch as it was an xmas present

2nd batch turned up and after many dealings with c/s and 45 days after eta for delivery on first order i contact c/s

me:right contacted you plenty, my tracking ia atill unavailible after nearly two months i think i should get a refund on the first order seeing as you cannot tell me where it is

ac/s: ok when the item turns up refuse delivery and when we receive it we will proccess a refund

me: you are missing the whole point how can i return an item i do not have and you do not know where it is even though i paid for tracking?

ac/s : i will just check with my supervisor one moment please

ac/s: we have proccessed an early refund for you, and refunded postage
