They don't . I've emailed them several time and the answer is still NO
Maybe internationally is Limited internationally , they don't ship to all country due to regulation and bla bla bla ...... although (PS3) there is no region protection .
I live in Asia region and we have to spend more time and money just to buy one of these ( CE / LE / SE )
