Well as Swift already mentioned .... you don't need a CC in germany most things are handeled by debit payments. But in times like this i miss it. The most things i handle with paypal - even tho paypal is evil.
Never felt an urgent need for a cc so I didn't asked for one at my bank. Aamazon.de is fine with debit. I also never ordered in other countries
untill now (or i just oreded it with a friend who got a cc)
