It's not just with this release, the namco store/digital river people are totally inept.
I've had nothing but bad experiences dealing with them. It took 4 different orders before they sent my enslaved statues. That is to say that I had to try to get those pieces 4 separate times before they actually sent them. They kept fucking up my orders, again and again; and they even straight up stole some money from me. They pocketed shipping fees for orders that were never sent.

And lord help you if you have to contact them. Their customer service email system is atrocious. You'll get the run around 'til your head spins off!
