what a mess, the stupid most annoying frustrating part is that they charged or authorised my card a day before that stupid digital river cancellation message, meaning i could have got it and will all work but now i have to wait 21 days to get my money back in my debit card because they put my amount on hold and their cancellation notice doesn't help to release the hold early but will call the bank either way....
