As I imported this edition outside the US, they told me to send a fax asking me for a fax with my last credit card statement.

I send them my last two credit card statements, but my status order has not changed to pre-ordered...it says only "Open".

Is it normal? Don't know the case of other foreigner buyers of this edition.
