JB only gets the Standard and Survival Edition, the Collector's Edition is exclusive to EB.
Plus, according to the website, you may only receive the bonus steelbook when preordering the Standard edition.
As for returning the game back to JB, you're gonna have to have a convincing reason to....it's not as quick and simple as EB with their policy.

Eb had the same steelbook as USA, the alex Ross one
Jb had the hmv one and the pewter figures
I bought the standard Edition form jb for 69 and traded the game in at eb for 50 because the figures are worth it, but if tomb raider is 89 will be cheaper to buy the steelbook on its own
