I think everyone got screwed in this situation and it was highly unfair that recent orders done in January took precedence over people who ordered last year and were the reason the Wizard edition even got 3 extra items and that foundation of support. I don't know about any of you, but this has been my most expected rpg in awhile, having been a big fan of Dark Cloud, and I'm gonna treasure the **** out of this edition.

I agree. Same boat for me. Canceled orders, for no reason. Then they refused to even take my money from an 'unsubmitted order'. A call to CS got me a wizard edition, after 7 phone calls and 2.5 hours on the phone during the week prior.
