Treehouse_Ryan has kept us upto date on any cancelations, on page 47 Dark_Preacher quoted Ryans post letting us know 25 dev team add ons would be put back on the store and exactly what time, I set my alarm and was lucky enough to get one, but all 25 sold in under 15 minutes. Sadly this doesn't help you now, but this is still your best shot. Ryan did mention some of the 25 sold were double orders, and the only people in the world who knew ahead of time that they'd be up were members of this forum, we had exclusive access.
