This is a promotional gift when bought with any standard COD game, just in case you guys were mistaking this for being the collection inside the SteelBook. However, it does have space for the four most recent COD games (COD 2 and 3 aren't included in this deal, only MW through to BLOPS). It's just an empty SteelBook which you must fill up yourself

I believe he has been lucky so far and has just been allowed to buy the promotional SteelBook outright rather than purchasing a game with them. He says he's paid 99 SEK (Swedish Krona), which equals around £9.81 per SteelBook. However, he does mention that they come unsealed, and many have very minor storage marks on them where they've rubbed up against each other in storage
I would also highly recommend registering to this forum as well, especially if you're a keen SteelBook fan like I am! The community there is amazing, and there are some mental SteelBook collections to be seen as well!
