Default Re: The Last of Us: Survival, Post-Pandemic Edition coming to North America & Joel &

i think we want to believe really hard that explorer edition was very limited..when actually it was widely available for preorders all over PAL territories..and when i preordered mine from amazon germany..it was available for preorder for over 2 months before release..the deal with fortune hunter was it was a promo piece deal cut with subway sandwhich shop..i think subway paid for most of them anyways..i think the reason this last of us edition is not sold in stores anymore because it is such a huge box, and stores have limited stock space and delivery trucks have limited space and it probably weighs a lot more costing more in truck delivery fees and the price is not friendly..so gamestop probably restricted it in stores..if stores ordered let's say 100 preorders per store..where are they going to store them?...plus online order means huge warehouse storage for delivery plus with such a high price..almost the price of a game console..there won't be many takers..thats why it's "online only" i doubt it's strictly limited..i know some die hard naughtydog fans are really passionate and they want to believe game studios and sony are concerned and care about us to an extent they will forego making money and profit just to satisfy our inner fan boy and fan girl wishes..but reality is naughtydog is operated by sony..sony can do whatever the heck it wants..gamestop wants to make money..just don't have the space in stores..remember preorders are just $5 down or whatever..customers can back out on the last minute after delivery..now you got a store with this huge edition blocking storage space..versus online order you can leave it in a huge warehouse and they will charge your card full amount just before it's shipped..
