This list should be reasonably easy to populate, seeing as how most recent console games which received the SteelBook treatment were also released on the PC, so it's just a case of researching which console SteelBooks were also released on the PC
I would personally make the region more prominent though - Perhaps there are some small flag graphics which could be used to denote a release region?
