I cant wait for Ninja Storm 3. Ive got the club namco edition reserved. But to be honest I dont think I will be preordering from them again. First off the whole sign up was aa bit confusing. Theres no sign up button you have to just find it. Second, its definitely no Amazon. I ordered 2 but for the wrong system I thought ok I can just go and change it. But I had to wait an hour waiting to talk to customer service, when I finally go through the person had a thick indian (from india) accent and I couldnt understand a word. Then the person could comprehend my question about what I needed changed. I had to hangup and try 3 times before I got in contact with someone that new what they were talking about. Again like a said they are no Amazon instead of having an option to change it you have to call and go through an ordeal. Well now its days before release they've taken my money, and they've left me with a sour taste of a horrible experience. If it wasn't for the club namco edition I wouodnt have ordered. But It would take a lot for me to reconsider ordering from them again. Save your money and the headaches
