I guess its better to mentioned about the additional fees beforehand rather than being informed discreetly in the inbox by the potential seller after you agree with his sale or worst after u paid the initial amount..
The feeling is like u being cheated.
No transparency.
Same as those shop which con tourist by advertising a price of an item but when it come to the payment of the item, a certain % of the 'tax' will occur on your final bill causing a spike in the final cost.

So i said its a win-win situation for both party.
