If hes got to send it back then that stinks even more. If these things happen to me,which they have once or twice before i find it easier as well as cheaper to get a partial refund & keep the item. The fact i have to pay postage back to the seller & dont get what i paid in postage originally to get the item to me either inclines me more to try for partial refunds.
