Sigh...
Have had 2 copies of the CE on pre-order with amazon for the Xbox 360 since October and today have received both copies of the game, which were well packed and arrived damage free as expected.

However, amazon have only sent me one DLC code! >.< Have just been on the telephone to them regarding this and they have told me that because both items were ordered in the same order and not made as multiple orders, I am only eligible for one code!? What kind of bullshit is this!?
The woman just straight up refused to offer me a second code on the telephone and suggested that if I want another code, I request a refund on the item I already have and then re-order another copy of the game...

which is more expensive now than what I paid for the game already. Not to mention the offer isn't even on the product page anymore! >.< What has happened!? Bad Customer Service from amazon? I have been buying from them for years and never have I had such BS off them before! >.< Have been told that she is going to forward my issue to the Customer Concerns team and will be hearing from them soon. Only the second code which I am rightly entitled to will be acceptable... >.<
Will keep you all updated, but just a warning, if you have any pre-orders with pre-order incentives, just make sure that if you're buying more than 1 copy, you make multiple orders of it instead of multiple items in one order. >.<
