Oh, for ... sake. Treehouse always ... up in some way.
Complain until you get one that's mint.
Because they claim they can manage that:

unacceptable... ...so they can start shipping out to you in mint condition.
I generally don't use such langauge, but I've gone through countless lithos from Treehouse and still they haven't managed to get me one that was mint.
