Yes, they're numbered per store, so: 1/20 NY and 1/20 SF for the editions of 40. Haven't been able to get a consensus on whether the couple printed above the editions for the shops will be 1/60 or 41/100, but they'll be the ones without an NY or SF, so will be different regardless.
The Spratt lithos are signed, but we don't know what we're doing with them now. The Spratt giclees are not signed, but will be numbered (out of 120 for NY and SF).
