I got it for free... you haven't seen the thread? I got unbelievably lucky and met a gaming journalist through my eBay account.
That accursed book is tiny BTW, and far less rare then once thought. I would guess a few hundred of them instead of the 50 or so we thought.
Just look at the envelop to the right of it, it is bigger! The envelope and coasters were not know of before I got them (at least unknown to me)... the envelope is not the one the book comes in (I didn't get the book's envelope but it was free so I am not complaining).
