My word, the book isn't even that special... really the only thing worth a lot would be the sigs and right now they seem to be worth at least a couple hundred from the right devs. Assuming it was a book you are talking about.
I have seen people post that there were only 40 in the warehouse as we discovered on here (so those ones on there are mostly all from members here), also it seems no one wants to update the info to what i found out recently
