I hope to God they don't ship the TR gicless flat. Rolled would be better, so long as Treehouse staff carefully roll and carefully pack them. Since the warehouse people are not touching the giclees, I have faith that the Treehouse office people will roll them correctly.

Packing them flat comes with its own set of problems. Best to avoid them altogether. If they pack them properly, then flat would be fine; but the problem with this is that properly packing them flat would require a lot of resources and a lot of time; which I'm sure they would not bother doing.
