well it took them 1 whole month (got it back on Jan 7th) but the case was all jacked up.. had major cracks and scratches in several places and the USB door was missing on the faceplate.
I take good car of my stuff so that kind of damage was just unacceptable. I was also worried that if the exterior was damaged like that... what's the interior like? I called them up and they said they'd replace it so it went right back out.
i just got notification that the repair is done and it's on it's way back... so hopefully I'll be playing games again next weekend.
it just really sucked that the 1 full week I get off a year (between xmas and new years) when I get to relax and my mate from college comes to visit and play games, I was without my 360
