I've never heard of any place where you can get that stuff... usually those things disappear from a game case because they get lost, damaged or simply thrown away...
even if you could get scans, I don't even know if you'd be able to get the right material to re-print them if you could... the machine that prints that stuff is magazine grade... way higher quality than your typical home printer.
