It used to be, you could put the Duke Nukem game in your cart, and it would automatically add the steelbook, free of charge. If it didn't, you could manually add it to the cart free of charge. Now when I do that (I already pre-ordered mine, though) the steelbook is added at $100.
It might come back, but my guess is future shop will take it down shortly
