They're both good. I've only seen large diasec irl.
Diasec/acryllic glass has sharp square corners, you could literally kill someone with a framed work

. Seen from the side the acryllic glass reflects some of the image which looks outstanding.
The liquid gloss has soft "bend" corners.
Naturally there are several reasons for choosing one over the other, they all involve fancy words. Yet the way the finish itself looks should also be considered, I think, depending on the piece you're framing.
They both "affect" the colors positively but in different ways.
In case anyone wonders what this kind of framing job costs, I've been given a price of 170 euros for 18x24 inches. I have no idea if that's the standard rate.
