On the other hand, there are steels that have lower print runs than 4000. The upcoming japanese release of Dredd is 1500 and hasn't been announced anywhere else (only steelbook of this movie that has been/will be released).
The Rogger Rabbit (first zavvi worldwide exclusive) was a 3000 run. At hdninja there is a thread with the lowest print runs (they include the shop exclusives, like Jack Reacher). Fnac releases are selling in huge prices, just for having a fnac sticker!
