Personally if that happened i wouldnt be sitting on me bum writting emails,i would be on the phone trying to get it resolved. If that doesnt work i would show up at their doorstep demanding satisfaction. If you pay for something you expect to recieve it in good if not perfect condition
Actually,thinking about it for a bit,it seems paying by paypal would be the go then you can open an item not as described dispute
Dont know how far you would get but surely it would be covered under this catergory in the dispute resolution thingy
