Wow, nice find!
However, two things irk me about ubisoft.
1: This kit doesnt really contain a lot of out of box material. An "encylopedia" is just a fancy name for an organized brochure. I wanted something more tangible and more fun to display with a bit more exclusivity.
2: Ubisoft is STILL selling the collectors edition jack in the boxes from brotherhood on the ubisoft site that you provided!
that means that it was in no way exclusive and probably wont ever merit any value since its still being sold in uncountable quantities on ubisofts site.
