Preferably open mint, as sealed jumps the price up by a bit, and I'd hate to open something that was so pristine, but if I've no other option, then I'd have to do it
Preferably UK PAL, but tbh, it's more for looking good in my collection than playing, although will probably get played too...
And yeah, budgets not too big, but I can stretch crazily to allow that into my collection, that is a MAJOR must have for me
