I bought that CE when they released T2 on bluray, it is called skynet edition, but not all editions comes with the endoskull.
You will find it easily on ebay.

Have also almost the same CE of Terminator Salvation with the T-600 endoskull. And the CE with motorcicle with red leds on the headlamps.
The T-800 one is so much cooler, with the lighting red eyes and sound.
The T-600 comes with no leds or sounds, but with a rusted look that makes it cool anyway...
