Ahh, haha, I get ya.
I've ordered a fair bit from Zavvi/The Hut and the steels have always arrived in one piece. Some other larger items didn't fare so well.
I did however order RE6 steelbook edition from another UK company and it arrived as if some fat dude sat on it.
