A bit like getting stuff from Japan in my mind
Local Marketplaces for selling that sort of thing rarely sell outside the country so it makes it harder to get it
Within the country I imagine it's a lot easier to find though like in Mexico for this CE
Same can be said for a lot of hard to find (outside the country) Japan CE's
