That sucks, I've been there myself, it'll just be the usual fraud checks they do when buying from somewhere they consider 'out of the norm'. It's not a tesco account is it?
It's really frustrating but can usually be sorted in a few minutes if you call them.
At least Gamestop sound like they're being good about it
