Is the figure in that edition the same as this one?

The t-shirt and the buckle are they not available in Ubiworkshop if i am not mistaken...
so what does this particular edition make it go for that kind of prices is still a puzzle to me.
Don't get me wrong please Lowly I love the fact you can get an edition with all the items together in one go...but I mean you can see here where I am going with this:
