If you're just after the regular (non-silver) 5th freedom edition, Game.co.uk delivers to the US for 5 GBP or so (I just checked)
You can't beat that shipping
I would most certainly just buy it from Game if you care and try to sell the game here if you must
Just be clear that it is a UK copy but will play fine here
