Mostly all cosmetic stuff, different costume, a Kenway Family Sword and sails for your Jackdaw.
Except for one Assassin's Creed Initiates Emblem thingy. Initiates is The Watch thingy, am I right? Speaking of which, if I PO from Game UK, do I get access? Even thought I'm from Singapore?

2. Initiates is NOT the watch, they are different, initiates is better and still in closed alpha i believe so due to a NDA anyone that is in it is only allowed to reveal its name and nothing more
3. it appears that the achievement is redeemable/for use in initiates and not The Watch or the multiplayer side of AC4
4. nobody has noticed that Blackbeard is not available as a separate blister pack /figure, he is only available in the triple pack of Blackbeard, hornigold and the secret pirate
