The console was giving to my brother, by his wife, who's father works in mircosoft, but the console was actually giving as a gift for doing a helping favour, for someone i presume was on the development team for the 360
Her father had no interest in the console and my brother managed to get his hands on it, and eventually his plans for it were gone, and was giving to me.
Still no one knows what happened to the controller. Shame though.
