Thanks. Those large boxes are just in-store display boxes for pre-ordering the game on all available formats. I took about 5-6 of those boxes, the ones in the pictures are just stacked on top of each other. I even managed to scam an extra Calender which I gave to a friend and amazon.us was also kind enough to give me a "free" hardcover guide book because the one I ordered arrived damaged and couldn't give me a replacement for it so they refunded me and also let me keep the "damaged" book
Then I got another one elsewhere
I also managed to get ripped off from eBay and bought those limited edition slip case cover. I got both types but not autographed....those were way too expensive! :O
