I'm really not having any luck lately, first, those horrendous customs charges, and now ebay.
I purchased a CE last week. Was apparently in perfect condition, minus a few dings on the window of the box. Okay, no problem. I won the auction (there was pics btw, just none of the box, pictures were all from a distance, but item looked in fairly good condition).
Received the item, and no. The box was entirely caved in, and the item itself was snapped.
He is now accusing me of doing this myself, to get a refund.
Ahem, now why the fuck would I do that!? To an item I
wanted!
Grr. Safe to say I shall be escalating the case as soon as my 10 days are up
