Well, that's highly amusing. I received an e-mail from the so-called Customer Service with a load of guff i need to print out in order to send the copy of the game i received back.
Now, according to your e-mail if i send the game back and receive the steelbook in the next few days then i'm gonna be out one copy of the game.
Christ, what a bunch of incompetent tossers these people are.

Edit: I've actually managed to find a phone number to contact Zavvi Customer service direct. If anybody is having similar problems i suggest you follw my lead and ring this number tomorrow 0844 264 0702.
You never know, you might actually get some constructive help from somebody who knows what they're talking about.
