I've heard bad feedbacks on Yamato Touch, they have a lot of rare collectors, but in France at least, it is known that they are not very serious : items lost, no insurance, very long shipping time, no responding to mails, ...

That prevented me from buying on their site, although they have some items that I'd love to have.
