Well, as far as I know, they only release kits for new brands on ps3 these days. No kits for Vita games at all, at least not in Europe. But yeah, in general they do release less kits. During the PS2 era, almost every 1st party game had a kit.

I guess all PS4 Launch titles will get kits.

Much of my early PS2 era press kit stash is badly damaged, but I still have kits for strange games such as My Street, War of the Monsters, Dog's life (with a bone!), some game with a hoverboard and more. They went all out back then.
