I have been unable to order ACIV Black chest edition from uplay for some reason.
I originally ordered it couple months ago with paypal, it took my money on the day then refunded it back on the day then a month later I realised my order didn't exist in their system when I logged in.
So contacted them and they said to reorder and use different payment method.
So I tried reordering a week or so ago with Amex and it keeps saying Payment Authorisation Failed
tried about 6 times on different days, no luck.
Anyone else had issues or know what the problem would be, I know I have entered all details correctly.
