I've just spoken to grymel.pl, they said to me that you need to provide your detailed address in comments section as there is no possibility of typing it the classical way (for exampe postal code won't fit).
Regular shipment in Europe is 25 PLN.
Weight between 0,5 kg and 1kg is paid 45 PLN.
Weight over 1kg is paid 80 PLN.
Dead Island's content is quite rich, so expect over 1 kg.
Just found two more shops (with PS3 and PC version), don't know whether they ship outside Poland:
