Default Dead Island SteelBook available from Spanish GameStop (PS3 & X360 only)
I recently discovered that GameStop.es (Spain) is offering a SteelBook for Dead Island when you buy either the Standard Edition or the Special Edition:

All versions are retailing at €52.99, although I believe the PS3 Limited Edition has sold out


EDIT: I also believe that these may be limited to only 500 copies, as per the text at the bottom of each picture
